If your prescription is currently set up on Auto Refill, we'll automatically contact your prescribing physician to renew your prescription. If your prescription isn't set up on Auto Refill, you may request a prescription refill online, and we'll contact your doctor. You may also call 866-525-1590 with your prescription information, and we'll take care of the rest.

- Can I set my prescriptions to be filled automatically?
If your plan allows it, yes! Check your prescriptions, and if Auto Refill is available, there will be an option to turn it on.
- Can I transfer a retail prescription to my mail service pharmacy?
If you're currently filling your maintenance medication at a Walgreens retail pharmacy, check with your insurance provider. If you're eligible for a three-month mail service supply, call our mail service pharmacy at 866-525-1590 with your prescription information, and we'll take care of the rest.
- If I have a non-Walgreens retail prescription, can I transfer it to Walgreens Mail Service?

Please first contact your insurance provider to confirm eligibility. If your insurance provider says you are eligible, call your local Walgreens pharmacy with your prescription information, and we'll take care of the rest. - What's the difference between mail service and prescription delivery services from my local Walgreens?
"Mail service" describes the pharmacy service based on your health benefit that allows you to receive your maintenance medications delivered to your home or location of choice for free. You may get up to a 90-day supply (or the most allowed by your prescription plan). Walgreens Rx Delivery is a pharmacy service that allows you to select your preferred Rx delivery method from same day, 1-2 business days or 5-10 business days during your Rx fill or refill process.
