Eligibility
A patient must live or work in CT and meet one of the below eligibility requirements:
- People ages 65+
- Healthcare Personnel with the potential for direct or indirect exposure to patients
- Long-Term Care Facility Residents
- Residents and staff of select congregate settings:
- Halfway homes
- Inpatient mental health facilities
- Corrections facilities
- Homeless shelters
- Domestic violence shelters
- Substance use treatment facilities
- Medical First Responders with high risk of exposure to COVID-19:
- Emergency Medical Technicians
- Police Officers
- Firefighters
How it works
- Sign in to your Walgreens.com account. (It's free, quick and easy to create an account if you don’t have one.)
- Complete a short screening.
- If you’re eligible, choose a location and time for your COVID-19 vaccination appointment.
- If you’re receiving a two-dose vaccination, you can schedule your second dose after receiving your first vaccination.
- If you feel ill on the day of your vaccination, please reschedule your appointment when you feel healthy and well.
